Copy Size- Make sure your site is full of good content. You will want to have between 200 to 1000 words in your body copy. Don't forget to use your SEO keywords. To pass this SEO best practice you need to have the number of words on the page between the limits.

Title- Your page title is one of the more important locations to include your keywords. Try to word your title so that your keywords are also found closer to the beginning of the title for better prominence. To pass this SEO best practice you need to have your keyword in the title.

Description- Every page on your site should have a description meta tag which includes a description of the page content including use of your keywords. To pass this SEO best practice you need to have your keyword within the description meta tag. You can view your meta tags by viewing the source of your web page from your web browser.

Keyword Meta- Similar to the description meta tag the keywords meta tag should be unique to the page being presented. This meta tag should include a list of your keywords for the target page. To pass this SEO best practice your keywords meta tag must have your keyword in it. Again to view your meta tags you can view the source of the page from your browser.

Frequency- Frequency or Keyword Frequency is a count of the number of times you used your keyword on the page. You should use your keywords as much as possible on the page within clearly structured sentences. Don't simply repeat your keywords as this will be seen as SPAM and can penalize your page in the search engines. To pass this SEO best practice you must have used your keyword as least two times in your content.

Density- Density or Keyword Density is the percentage of use your keywords have been used against all the words on your page. The goal is to keep around 7% density. To pass this SEO best practice your page must have used your keywords at least 7% of the total words.

Image Tags- All the images on your page have the opportunity to us ALT tags to provide descriptive text for the image. To make your page more accessible to people and apply and SEO best practice it is a very good idea to include meaningful ATL tags on your images using your keywords. To pass this SEO best practice you must have included your keyword in at least one image tag.

Link Text- Link text is the text you use for the links on your web page. You should attempt to incorporate your keywords within link tags on your page. To pass this SEO best practice you must have used at least one keyword within a link tag.

Header Tags- Header tags are used to highlight headings on your page. Including keywords within your headings increases their importance to the page which is important to the search engines. To pass this SEO best practice at least one keyword must be used within a header tag.

Body Prominence- Keywords which are located closer to the top of the body text have more importance. Try to incorporate your keywords at the top of the page. To pass this SEO best practice you must have your keyword within the top 20% of the words on the page, but the closer to the top the better.
